James Patterson is one of my favorite authors. And his books are typically pretty quick reads for me. This one was no different, and a nice read after the marathon that was Audition.
I enjoyed this book, but it jumped around a little wierdly, back and forth more than i would like. But the premise was interesting. The Family Dunne is in desparate need of some bonding time, so on a sailing trip they go, leaving the wicked stepfather behind. The plot and premise was somewhat predictable, but the end did surprise me.
So, not the best James Patterson I have ever read, but a nice easy read, perfect for the end of summer.
On Deck: I have finally caved in and started reading Twilight. Gotta see what all the buzz is about.
